Horrible service. We have learned to not pull forward after ordering at the window, YOU WILL WAIT 20-30 Minutes for your order. After we stated that we will not be moving forward in hopes our order will come faster, the employee got the manager and the manager gave us the worst attitude. Both the employee and the manager named Susanna we're rude! We tried to explain why we would not move forward and the manager basically told us we were wrong and none of that ever happened. Happened each time she was on duty. we've had several experiences with the krystals in Byron where we got cold food after waiting for 20 mins for someone to bring our food, we've had them forget about our order, etc. Go somewhere else, the problem will not be solved.
