The owner of this company is very disrespectful. He showed up 2 hours early for our appointment knowing that I as the property owner needed to be there. He never called to tell me he was coming early. He left a bill with my tenant instead of giving it to me expecting him to pay it. He did not fix the problem and refuses to come back to fix it. He was very disrespectful to me on the phone and threatened to put a lean on the house. The whole reason I hired this company was to fix the problem. He told me he did an inspection and the problem is solved then in almost the same breath he told me that he put a cap on so it wouldn't work. He sabotaged the fireplace on purpose. Do NOT hire this company. They are rude and worthless!!! There was no reasoning with him on the phone. Instead of working out a solution he started threatening me. This guy should not be in business.
